PARTY PARENT
RULES & REGULATIONS
The title of birthday party parent usually means a
lot of work and aggravation ahead. Here at Funtime
America we have redefined the meaning! By making the
decision to have a party here, you have ultimately
freed yourself from constant worries and hassles.
All you will need to worry about it is what time the
fun begins and what time it will end. So sit back
and allow Funtime America to give your child and
their guest the best birthday party they ever had or
have been to!!

Keep in mind that birthday parties run 1
hour and 45 minutes, with the exception
of Design your own, which run 2 hours and
45 minutes.

A parents first responsibility is to bring the
birthday child to Funtime America approximately
10 Minutes before the actual start time of the
party.

Your party host(ess) will then introduce
her/himself to you. She/he will take your food
order according to the number of guest that you
will be expecting. Keep in mind if parents are
going to stay with their children, extra food
can be purchased to ensure a comfortable stay.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD, CAKES or Piñata’s are
allowed.**If your child has an allergy, please
see a manager

Anyone attending the party will enter the
facility through the doors marked “Party
Entrance.” Once inside you and your guest
will be greeted by the party greeter. At this
the greeter will place stickers, which indicates
the birthday party they are with on all children

A bag will be provided to you for your child’s
presents. FUNTIME AMERICA WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRESENTS LEFT BEHIND.

Coat check is available during the late fall and
winter seasons. Funtime America cannot be
held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Fifteen to twenty minutes after the hour, your
guest will be called out of the playscape area.
The children will be kept as a group for the
entire length of the party. The children will go
on the rides. (Each ride has its own NJ STATE
Height requirement that is strictly
enforced. They are as followed; El Paso
Train: minimum 30” Playscape:
no taller than 56” Magic Ring:
minimum 36”, Helicopter:
minimum 36” Bumper Cars:
minimum 42”to go on with someone and 48” to go
alone, Himalaya: minimum 36”,
Simulator: minimum 44”, Laser
Tag: minimum 48” to play. If you have
any questions please call.) Then the children
will visit the science room and the Birthday
Blast for the first hour or two of the party
depending on which package was chosen. Then it
is off to a private party room for homemade
pizza and Carvel Ice cream cake.

In
the room, your guest will be treated to
soda/juice, pizza and ice cream cake. You
only have access to the room for 45-minutes.
All of the food will be served by your host(ess).
Please try to keep the number of adults in the
party room to a maximum of six. If you think
that you will be expecting more than 10 adults,
an extra room can be purchased upon
availability.

The children will then be giving a Funtime
America souvenir cup and tokens to play our
exciting video and redemption games.
Unfortunately, the children will no longer be
together being that they all have different
tastes when it comes to video games. At this
time the host (ess) has completed their services
to your party. They are now responsible for
cleaning the room and resetting it for the next
party.

Finally, the host(ess) will bring you a prepared
itemized bill for the remaining balance of your
party. Payments can be made in CASH OR
MAJOR CREDIT CARD. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
FOR FINAL PAYMENT.

Please be aware that host (ess) gratuities are
not included in the price of the party and are
greatly appreciated.
Again, NO OUTSIDE FOOD (including) cakes or
piñatas are allowed.

There are no refunds on deposits,
if you choose to cancel or reschedule your
party; you have up 6 months to do so without
losing your deposit.

By State Law all children need to
wear socks in the playcape. Inform guest ahead
of time.

Funtime America Representative will contact you
2-3 days before your party for a final
confirmation and to answer any last minute
questions or concerns.
